Tiffany writes, “Tending the land allows me to connect with nature in a way that brings me so much peace and joy to be in collaboration with the soil. It's imperative in our communities that we have sovereignty over how our food is grown, to give ourselves diversity of options, and power in our food choices. Community Care, self care, and mental health are extremely important for the flourishing of our farmers. It takes a serious investment of so much physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual labor to grow food.
Support can be as simple as a massage, taking time for self, investing in financial education, or a push to connect with friends and family, and more.”
