Josh writes, “After careers in teaching and brewing, I am motivated to live a more sustainable and environmentally conscience life. Having spent the last two years building and running my own farm Sattin Hill Farm, I have recently transitioned to managing a non-profit urban farm in Raleigh, NC. The focus will be on education and community involvement to further develop and promote sustainable farming practices. We are all in this together.
