The 352nd recipient is Celia Spillmann of Savage Daughter Flowers @savagedaughterflowers in Yanceyville, NC. Celia writes:

What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “Self-care for me is taking care of and making it a priority to foster the parts of me that exist beyond my farming identity. These parts of me are often pushed aside because we get too busy or can’t afford, like quality body care products.”

How I might use this $100 self-care award: “I would purchase quality hair care and skin care products I’ve been skipping out on so we can prioritize other purchases.”

Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: “Safe sunscreen my whole family can use, proper shampoo and conditioner for hair, body soap that is ph balanced, moisturizer for face and hands.”
