What self-care and well-being mean to me as a farmer: “Self-care and well-being means that there is a balance just as you would balance a 9-5 and your home life. It means that you take the time to regenerate from the week and reduce or eliminate any stress that you may have been feeling.”

How I might use this $100 self-care award: “I would take me and my daughter to a Korean Sauna and have a mommy daughter day. It will give me time to relax and additional time to spend with her.”

Most important self-care needs that contribute to my well-being as a farmer: “Having a full 8-9 hours of sleep would be great. My mental health is very important as well.”
